Blastin' and Castin' in the Texas Outdoors
We havea lot of good times, the road was a drug when we started way back, our wheels rolled on steady, now its forgetting the race to find an open space and leaving that city far behind We’ll be up in the morning before the sun, since anything beats working on the job and everyone knows the early worm gets the fish. The world is your oyster, let the high times carry the low, walk where the sun is shining, lay your burdens down and think to yourself that it sure feels good feeling good again.

Proof that I'm a distinguished scolar of southern decent. As far as I could tell, I was the only one in the whole college of engineering who brought a whiskey-dew and a spit cup to graduation. Had I been thinkin a bit more, I'da brought some fireworks and a rattle snake with his mouth sewed up, maybe a goat or a chicken on a leash...
I want to know why you didn't walk across the stage with me. I saw your name in the program (december 2002) but you didn't show up. It would have been more interesting.
What degrees did you finally settle on?
I think I didnt have a girlfriend and her parents demanding that I walk that day in '02. Besides, the first degree doesnt count, does it? I wouldnt have made this one if it was up to me, I'd have found something more blood thirsty to occupy my time. Anyway, Wildlife & Fisheries Ecology and Bio-Environmental Engineering. I need to get print on both sides of my business cards.
Congratulations!! I hope everything is working out with you and you are finally happy.
