Blastin' and Castin' in the Texas Outdoors

We havea lot of good times, the road was a drug when we started way back, our wheels rolled on steady, now its forgetting the race to find an open space and leaving that city far behind We’ll be up in the morning before the sun, since anything beats working on the job and everyone knows the early worm gets the fish. The world is your oyster, let the high times carry the low, walk where the sun is shining, lay your burdens down and think to yourself that it sure feels good feeling good again.

Good job sunny. Looks like yall got the fingers and toes thing correct. How long till you get him his first gun? I reccomend the .338 Lapua Mag. Sure some may say a .22 but I'm looking at the potential here. Maybe he might let you shoot it when he isnt using it. Besides, who wants a kid who is all flinchey and jumpy around recoil. If you start em on the .22, they will think guns dont kick, Imagine his surprise when he shoots Uncle Z's pet loads. Poor kid will probably wet hiself. And that will just give me fodder for the wedding speach, and nobody wants that. So based on this info, you must buy this child a high velocity magnum rifle in or around .30 cal.period. Good lookin kid, good job.

Yeah, I think he does have an itchy trigger finger. Better get him that rifle that Chris recommended. Is it expensive?

the one I want is $9000. plus a good scope~ maybe another 3500. Thats why I believe young Hunter should have one, and maybe when he's not using it (nap time) I could borrow it.
