Natural Light...official beer of trapping

Here is the rig and the results. I only got $187.00 on the pork, but I got the trailer for $150, and the steel for the trailer set me back about $80 so I need to trap a $43 hog and I'll be even. However, the prices are scheduled to be on the rise. The buyer said prices were 1.5X higher before Thanksgiving with a higher head bonus. Prices usually go back up for Feb. So I'm set.

You said you got $187.00 total, how much did the gour together weigh?
140+138+138+142=560
Pretty uniform in weight. The 140 was on a 200# frame, however she was the one with the 7-10 kittens standing outside the trap, I guess they sucked some weight off her.
Quite the view from the trap, eh?
Is the door an A frame with a swinging gate?
Is there a trip wire involved like the trap at James place?
I am always impressed when a view has some elevation changes.
Vertical swingind door w/a set of bolts which permit access in one direction. The gate can be swung over the top to permit assecc only the other direction. Innitially, yes, there is a trip wire involved. After the innitial catch, one way access is permitted, to keep em interested, I have a feeder and a 55gal drum cut in 1/2 with both ends filled with water. Seems as water is as big a draw as food right now. and yes, I like the elevation change too, about the only good thing bout this area is the canyon and the hunting it provides me...I feel a spree coming on, maybe Halletsville style, too soon to tell.
